John Michael Kohler Arts Center

Founded in 1967 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, the John Michael Kohler Arts Center is a contemporary art museum and performing arts complex known worldwide for preserving and exhibiting artist-built environments. The center's 100,000-square-foot campus houses eight galleries, two performance spaces, and a hands-on art studio, with a companion Art Preserve nearby dedicated to those large-scale art environments. Admission is always free.
